Is stand up paddling difficult for beginners?
Not at all. We use wide all-round boards that provide excellent buoyancy and stability. Most people find their balance within the first 10 minutes. Our team gives you tips before you head out.
Where can I go with the SUP?
Starting from Su Giudeu beach, you can easily reach the famous Scoglio del Giudeo islet or explore the nearby rocky coastline where the water is particularly clear. The 2-hour option gives you time to reach the islets and back.
Is there an age limit?
SUP is family-friendly. Children can ride with an adult on the same board or have their own if they’re confident swimmers. Life vests are always provided.
What if I fall in?
That’s half the fun! The water at Su Giudeu is calm, shallow near shore, and beautifully warm in summer. You’re wearing a life vest and the board stays right next to you — just climb back on and keep paddling.
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend booking, especially in July and August, but walk-ins are welcome when boards are available. Check availability via WhatsApp or the booking form for guaranteed slots.
What should I bring?
Just yourself, sunscreen, and a swimsuit. We provide the board, paddle, and life vest. A waterproof bag for your phone is available on request.
